The Lodge Chief, Vice Chief of Administration, Vice Chief of Program, and Vice Chief of Finance and Tradition are Arrowmen elected to one-year terms by their fellow Arrowmen during the Annual Business Meeting at Fall Fellowship.
Lodge Chief
Ashton B.
Ashton is an Eagle Scout with Troop 455 in Lakeland and a member of Crew 8 in Memphis. He is a sophomore at Lakeland Preparatory School and is a member of the Lakeland Prep Marching Band. Ashton joined Scouting as a wolf when he was in second grade. He has attended NYLT, NLS, and Powderhorn. Ashton was inducted in 2021, received his brotherhood in 2022, and kept his vigil in 2024. He has held multiple leadership positions in the Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge, including Ceremonies Chair, Lodge Secretary, and Lodge Vice Chief of Finance and Tradition. Outside of scouts, you might find Ashton doing anything from playing guitar, 3D printing, watching basketball, or backpacking.

Cadence Worsham
Cadence is an Eagle Scout from Troop 1 in Olive Branch, MS, and is an active member of Venture Crew 8 in Memphis, TN. She is 19 years old and is currently a freshman student at Northwest Mississippi Community College. Cadence works at Chick-fil-A and has for 3 years. Cadence enjoys the outdoors by way of hiking and camping but also enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. She has been in Scouts BSA officially for 5 years but was a sibling participant with her brother while he went through Cub Scouts in Pack 190. She recently held her Vigil and was given the Lenni Lenape name Wulelendam Lattoniken Weuchsowaga, or (in English) Joyful Searcher of Knowledge. She is highly looking forward to the opportunity of serving as the 2025 Lodge Vice Chief of Administration and learning more about the behind-the-scenes workings of the Lodge to better it for all Arrowmen.

Will Pentecost
Will is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge. He is the Vice Chief of Program. In his off time, you can see him playing his instrument or embroidering.

Billy Lane
Billy joined scouting as a Tiger in Pack 450 and is now an Eagle Scout in Troop 409, which merged into 155. He is 18 years old and works for the Bartlett Police Department as a Jailer and enjoys weightlifting. Billy strives to see the Lodge’s success in this upcoming year and is happy to contribute as much as he can.
