The Lodge Chief, Vice Chief of Administration, Vice Chief of Program, and Vice Chief of Finance are Arrowmen elected to one-year terms by their fellow Arrowmen during the Annual Business Meeting at Fall Fellowship.
Lodge Chief
Ashton B.
Ashton is an Eagle Scout with Troop 455 and a member of Crew 8 in Memphis. He is a junior at Lakeland Preparatory School and is a member of the Lakeland Prep Marching Band. Ashton joined Scouting as a wolf when he was in second grade. He has attended NYLT, NLS, and NAYLE. Ashton was inducted in 2021, received his brotherhood in 2022, and kept his vigil in 2024. He has held multiple leadership positions in the Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge, including Ceremonies Chair, Lodge Secretary, and Lodge Vice Chief of Finance and Tradition. Outside of scouts, you might find Ashton doing anything from playing guitar, 3D printing, watching basketball, or backpacking.
Vice Chief of Administration
Will P.
Will is an Eagle Scout with Troop 4442. He is currently a sophomore at North West Community College and will be transferring to Ole Miss in the fall as a pre-med Psychology major. He joined scouting when he was in 1st grade as a tiger. He has attended trainings such as NLS and Woodbadge. Will was inducted in 2019, received his brotherhood in 2021, and kept his vigil in 2023 and a Founder’s award recipient in 2025. He has served multiple roles in the lodge such as head elangomat, brotherhood chair, inductions chair, and VC of program. When not doing scouts you can find him participating in the Ranger band at his community college, study with friends, or traveling.

Colin S.
Colin is a life scout with Troop 455, and a member of Crew 455 in Memphis. He is a freshman at Lakeland Preparatory School and is a member of the Lakeland Prep Honors Orchestra, Lacrosse, and Football teams. Colin Joined Scouting as a tiger when he was in first grade. Colin was inducted in spring 2023, and got his brotherhood in fall 2024. He has held positions inside the Ahoalan-Nachpiken lodge, such as: Trading Post Chair, Trading Post Vice Chair, NOAC Chair, and is currently Lodge Vice Chief of Finance and Tradition. When doing activities you outside of scouts you can find him participating in: Drawing, gaming, playing Lacrosse, Playing Football, Camping, Hanging out with friends, or Practicing his cello.
