Conclave Recap
This past weekend Section E3 held their annual Conclave. Scouts from all over Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi came together for fellowship, fun, and a weekend filled with excitement! Here is a short recap of what took place.
Ceremonies
Campfire roared and crackled as both teams were recognized for their dedication and achievements throughout the week. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as one team was awarded the coveted “Quality Status” distinction, a testament to their exceptional teamwork and commitment to the Arrow of Light program.
Quest Games
The thrilling week culminated in a nail-biting competition! Sequoyah Lodge emerged victorious, claiming the champion’s trophy and etching their name in Section E3 history. But the spirit of friendly competition extended beyond the main quest. Ahoalan-Nachpikin Lodge aced the corn hole game, showcasing their skills for all to see.

Space Cowboys
Hold onto your ten-gallon hats, partners, because Conclave 2025 is shaping up to be a rootin’ tootin’ good time! The theme for next year is “Space Cowboys,” promising a weekend filled with out-of-this-world adventures. Get ready to explore the cosmos, lasso some fun, and create memories that will be out of this world!
